Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date your order is marked as delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Due to the nature of our products, opened, used, or altered items are not eligible for return—especially for supplements or consumables, due to health and hygiene regulations.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at Verra.assist@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send any items back without receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and not refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Verra.assist@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Opened supplements or consumables
  • Gift cards
